Fausto Carpino & Stephanie Fesneau

LA FINCA DEL TANGO VOL. XV

Finca Puglia, 02-07 October 2026

We are delighted to welcome Fausto Carpino & Stephanie Fesneau, two of the most internationally respected dancers and teachers of Argentine Tango, to the la finca family.

In their fifteen years of partnership, Fausto & Stephanie have become a beloved duo in the global tango community. Their teaching centers on communication within the embrace, with an emphasis on movement that feels natural, logical, and comfortable for both partners.

Their Story

Both born into dance—Fausto in Sicily and Stephanie in Paris—they each discovered Argentine tango at the age of sixteen (yes, a wonderful coincidence). Though their paths didn’t cross at the time, they spent years training, performing, and deepening their knowledge with various partners across Europe until finally meeting in the summer of 2011.

Their Approach

Since then, they have continuously refined their dance and pedagogy, developing a holistic approach and a profound understanding of all aspects of tango. Their philosophy is simple and deep: connection, musicality, and technique are the keys to experiencing the true beauty of this dance. Their classes embody this ethos—rich in detail, clear in explanation, and always grounded in the joy of dancing together.

Today, Fausto & Stephanie are considered among the most influential couples in the contemporary tango scene, inspiring not only dancers but teachers around the world. They have taught in more than 30 countries and over 120 cities, with their journey continuing to unfold.

We are thrilled to share their warmth, artistry, and inspiration at La Finca del Tango.
